Finally, the Monumental Zagreb Cathedral, Still Under Renovation

The Strossmayer Gallery of Old Masters, Strossmayerova galerija starih majstora, on the wayt to the Zagreb Cathedral.

Then it’s a dynamic ride in the narrow streets driving against, and along with those ZET trams to get to the grand Zagreb Cathedral..
It was lil scary in fact, those Trams were driving a lil too fast.

The monumental Zagreb Cathedral, Zagrebačka katedrala, dedicated to the Assumption of Mary symbolized by the Mary column in front, originally converted into cathedral in 1217 over a existing church, was destroyed by Mogols in 1242 then rebuilt in mid-13th Century.

After a quick runaround of Zagreb, away to Ljubljana, Slovenia~
